Our Christmas Mantle

Guys, I'm having soo much fun! Our last two houses we never my style and BOTH had the type of corner fire place that (to me) you just had to put your tv up there! I personally will never buy a house with that design again. I felt so limited!

I'm trying to win the battle here to get that darn tv off the fireplace. I will win, trust me! ;)

SOO NOW, I'm just having so much fine decorating a pretty bright white home!

For Christmas, I personally love white/black, deep red, deep green and pops of fur! It's so cozy!

I started with two individual pieces that were drapey and laid them ON the mantle before the garland. I made sure they swooped over the side to dangle a bit! I learned this trick from @Michelle_Janeen's Instagram stories and I was like, "DUH!" haha

Then I put the fake garland down (which had attached pine cones!)
Then I shoved a stick of the red "berries" in to it and tweaked each little branch! Sorry I didn't take photos DURING the process! Hopefully the up close kind of shows it all!

All together, there's 3 separate pieces but there are two sticks of the berries and two of the more relaxed greenery!

 Stockings 

I LOVE this stocking!  The stars on it remind me of the star that 

led people to Jesus when he was born! So pretty & meaningful!

This stocking is so cute! Instead of getting the Target fluffier $13 (each) ones, I scored these at Hobby Lobby!  

They're half off, so I got both for $10!  Such a steal!

These little ceramic houses are so fun!

I bought 2 smalls ones and dropped and shattered one an hour later! I went back and got another + 1 big one! They're $3 and $5 depending on size & I got them during a 3 days sale with 20% off!

 They're so dang cute!!

Let's chat about these stocking holders!!
I've never had stocking holders before and wanted SIMPLE. I saw someone link 

stocking holders (matte black JUST like these) to Target for $10 each!! NO WAY am I 

spending $60 for my family for stocking holders!
I went on the hunt! Good 'ol 50% off Christmas stuff at Hobby Lobby, again! 

Woohoo! These are $12 for a pair of 2 normally, but half off, you get 

2 for $6. It was only $18 for the 6 I needed! Talk about a steal compared to $60!

 Forgot to mention that little nut cracker over there is from Michaels! He's shimmery and cute!
