Maurice's Try On + Flare Jeans!

Thanks for joining me at Maurices! I have lots of clothes from here so I wanted to share some faves! Especially for those "mid size" ladies who aren't tiny but aren't plus size! I'm 5'9" and currently a size 10/size M&L tops! Hopes this helps you!

Their Black Friday deal is $40 off every $100 and free shipping!!

Back in middle school, flare jeans (not to be confused with bell bottoms!) were basically all there were. Everyone wore them. Then they went out of style and I went, "HOLD UP! I need those!" I'm super thick in the hip/buns/thighs and I feel like flare kind of even out my middle section! I've always thought they flattered me.  They've been impossible to find and I've been on the hunt for the last year. IF I've found them, they're sold out, weird fit, weird wash, etc. Well, I finally found a pair I loved but still had to return them. They were a "regular" length (only option) yet they were longer than most "long" pants. I don't know what the deal was. If you're pushing 6ft or higher, you go try 'em! haha I'm waiting for them to come in a short option.  Keep in mind, I'm 5'9" and am not short and never wear a "short!" I'm wearing a size 30 here and normally wear a size 10.

Here are the jeans, if you're a tall girl!

I'll be ordering THESE ones to try and keep you posted! These weren't online when I ordered!

Ignore the blurry photos, my hubby is still learning. He needs to take more than 1 and I need to check before being done!

This top is from Kohl's - they are my all time fave. Light, flowy, pre-tied AND long enough! I wear them in a M and have like 4 of them! They're not listed online (I did get it awhile ago but I think the short sleeve is the spring/summer version) but I DO have THIS tee as well and it fits amazingggg! I also have it in a M in the light pink. I want them all!
Sweater is Matilda Jane!

They just have the prettiest wash! Perfect to dress up!
ALSO - I don't ever wear high heels! If you wear tall heels and are tall, these are for you!

This flannel...sigh. I had given up on flannels. They were boxy/made me feel manly/tight/too tight in certain areas/too loose in ares/thick/stiff, etc. I love the material of AE's flannel but always felt too constricted. This one makes me feel girly with shape, yet relaxed! Look how cute it is "dressed" up!
I loved the plaid on this one, so I decided to try it! OMG, I'm in love!! I'm wearing the L. It's definitely TTS/runs a little big. Gives me plenty of room in my back to move/drive (that's a huge issue for me with flannels!) and is super soft! TRY IT!

My kids just HAD to get in. All grubby outside! #reallife

After I got my order, I had to go return the jeans, so I figured we should do a try on! Hope you enjoy! Lots of time goes in to all of this, which is fun to do!

LOVE this sweater. I brought it home! It's soo soft, I love the cut at the bottom, love the sleeves and the pop of red is perfect for winter! I'm wearing it in size Large!

Pleasantly surprised by these sweater pj pants. They sound like they'd itch or be stiff. NO. ALL THE STRETCH. They're soo cozy! The dark bottom ones are a plum color - wearing size M.  The gray ones are size L and honestly, I feel like the L just went up higher. Maybe a tad looser. They're high waisted and so cozy! Must have for winter!

I could only find the link in this color, sorry! Hopefully that changes soon! I'm not convinced, based on the picture that they're the same!

In the first pic, I'm wearing this in a M.. I would get a L! Body & sleeve length are important to me! Super light weight and very cozy!

In the middle pic, apparently that's supposed to be a dress! haha I would have sized up to an XL. For a tunic, I would have done the L.  Wearing a M in the pic!

In the third pic, I'm wearing a L. SO cozzzzzzy! Ugh, you gotta feel this one!  If I didn't have a similar one from AE, I would have gotten it!

In the first pic, I'm wearing this in a M.. I would get a L! Super light weight and very cozy! It's like a sofffft sweater-y/sweatshirt!

In the middle pic, I would have done the L, if not XL.  Wearing a M in the pic! The arms run very snug!
Also, found THIS online after. This was not in store. I'll be ordering this one!!!

In the third pic, I'm wearing a M. That's me shaking my finger. Uh-uh. Nope... soo small. Can I try a XXL please?? haha It IS adorable though, just size up a couple! In the model's pic, you can see the sleeves are a bit short, too!

In the first pic, I'm wearing this in a M.. I would get a L or XL! The buffalo material has NO stretch! Super light weight and very cozy! The gray part is so sofffft! Check out the back in this link too!

In the middle pic, I'm wearing the L! It runs small to me but is extremely soft!

In the third pic, I'm wearing a M. HATE the cut personally! It's made of a super soft rayon/poly! Super stretchy! Love the long sleeve!

In the first pic, I'm wearing this in a M. This top really goes with every season! Between the colors and the fabric! So pretty!

In the last pic, I'm wearing the L! It runs a little small to me but is extremely soft! LOVE the texture!

In THIS, I'm wearing a L.  I didn't buy it, but I really really liked it! The fit and texture are so cute!

In the first pic, I'm wearing an XL. This thing came home with me. It is heavenly AND STRETCHY! WHAT?? Yes, it runs small but if you're more petite, it's more TTS! It's sooo soft! Did I mention, stretchy??!

In the second pic, I mentioned in my IG stories that it was an XL but I realized it was plus size 1. I ended up getting the Small because it's all the had & I really like it! Stay TTS or size down one!

#because4kids & the cut of this shirt. I definitely got this shirt! Wearing size M!

Thanks for joining! If you plan on buying, I'd love to hear what you loved! Also, if you could use my links, it would help a ton too! <3
